Coconut Mango Smoothie Ayurveda Recipe
2 fresh ripe mangos (remove from fridge and let the mangos come to room temperature)
Coconut (fresh, shredded, cubed, whatever you like)
A little coconut milk or coconut water if you have it on hand, otherwise a little water
Optional: pinch of coconut sugar, juice of ½ lime, and/or fresh mint leaves
Put ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend. (How is that for easy?)
Drink your coconut mango smoothie at room temperature (not cold please.)
How to determine if a mango is ripe:
The mango is red, rosy, or orange. (not green!)
When you gently press your finger into the skin, it should give a little bit. (not hard, not mush)
It will smell like a mango offering its sweet, mango aroma.

"I was dreading and anticipating hating a weeklong outside summer event. I’ve always hated summer. Hate being in the heat. Hate being in the sun. I am SO surprised! I enjoyed being there, being outside. I tolerated the high heat well and enjoyed the whole week. I was and am in a good mood. I was not affected by the heat and sun. And, for the first time in 46 years, I didn’t get sunburnt—I tanned!"

“Veena has been great. I suffered with burning mouth syndrome for many years. Doctors and dentists had no idea what I was even talking about, much less solutions. Veena knew immediately. Within a few weeks of using the herbs and protocols she recommended, I am not experiencing any of the symptoms I did previously. And, my thinking is clearer, I am nearly free from hot flashes, and I feel more like myself.
Everything has been easy to incorporate into my life, which is the best part. This feels sustainable. I highly recommend working with Veena.” – Liz Pfeffer, Albuquerque, New Mexico
