PHASE ONE

1. Comprehensive Intake (60 Minutes): Our first session starts with a meaningful chat about your goals and concerns. We’ll also do an in-depth review of your intake form and a traditional multi-point assessment of your tongue, skin, nails, voice, eyes, and other features. 

 

Note: Email your completed intake form and photos at least 48 hours before your first sessions so Veena can review them before you meet. 
 

2. Report of Findings & Foundational Ayurveda Plan (60 Minutes): In our second session, we’ll walk through your Ayurvedic Report of Findings – which tells the story of your doshas from conception to today. Watch the light bulbs go off and healing begins as insights and understanding flow in. 

 

In the second half of your session, we’ll introduce your custom Ayurveda plan (including a detailed tongue assessment). You’ll learn the foundations of Food as Medicine and receive a personalized Food Program, daily detox tea, digestive herbal spice mixes, and Ayurveda lifestyle tools – tailored to you and your life. 
 

PHASE TWO

Phases two and three consist of easy, convenient follow-up phone calls. You can think of these calls as a touch point in your busy life. We’ll explore how you’re growing and progressing and tweak your plan as needed. 

 

3. Herbal Protocol (30 Minutes):  Ayurveda uses herbs to target and support specific tissues, systems, channels, and organs in the body and mind. 

 

Your custom herbal protocol will be introduced as part of your foundational Ayurveda plan, or in your first follow-up consultation if you prefer. 

 

We provide resources for you to order most herbs through trusted online vendors. Unfortunately, the markets for certain herbal items are flooded with inferior products. In these cases, we recommend ordering directly through Saumya Ayurveda. Our herbal oils are the best of the best–made in New Mexico and delivered right to your door.

PHASE THREE

4. Monthly Follow-Up Consultations (30 Minutes): After we establish your foundational Ayurveda plan, the real fun begins. In your monthly follow-up consultations, we’ll discuss your progress – what’s working well, what’s changed, and what comes next. 

 

Next, we’ll tweak your Saumya plan to support seasonal and other dosha changes, adjust your herbal protocol as needed, and add new lifestyle tools to your toolkit. 

 

In order to optimally support your journey, follow-up consultations must be used monthly – and expire accordingly. (Don’t worry, we’ll do our best to accommodate the unexpected.)

5. Ongoing Support and Services: Have questions? We offer email support from day one through your final follow-up appointment. Note: this service covers questions regarding the specific concerns listed in your plan.
