Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas and transitions
Fall is officially here, and as the air cools around you, the leaves fall and the ground turns brown, now is the time to focus on balancing Vata dosha. Grounding and soothing is what brings balance to Vata. Summer season is winding down and Pitta dosha may be more intense.
The doshas are vulnerable to seasonal and other transitions therefore balance is of the utmost importance. This delicious beverage is the perfect anchor to your evening routine. It calms anxiety, increases relaxation, improves sleep, is part of an Ayurvedic evening routine and, it tastes heavenly.

1/2 cup of milk Warm it up on the stove so it’s nice and hot
Near the end, stir in your custom Saumya Sweet Spice Mix
