Herbal remedy that supports Vata, Pitta, and Kapha dosha

This traditional autumn and holiday beverage transforms into an herbal Ayurveda remedy that supports Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha.

Autumn winds carry cold (Vata dosha) and congestion (Kapha dosha) and you may leave you longing for comfort, warmth and a healthy digestive fire, agni (Pitta dosha).

This herbal remedy is effective for stimulating circulation and creating an internal sense of coziness. Experiencing cold hands and feet and overall brrr? Chilled to the bones? Our Immunity Boosting Herb Mix warms up cold hands and feet and is used to support conditions such as Reynauld’s Syndrome.

It’s necessary for the body to conserve energy in the cold months and so it constricts the vessels in the arms and legs. Yup, you know the feeling. This formula pushes the heat to the extremities and you’ll feel that nice warm glow.

A Word on Ayurveda Herbs (aka digestive spices)

In Ayurveda, digestives spices (aka herbs, yup, targeted plant nutrition) are used to balance and optimize digestion. When digestion is working optimally, we enjoy good health.

Please pay attention to the freshness of your spices. Grounded spices consider expired at about six months. Test them. Open up the jar and smell them. If they don't sing out their name--it's time to say adios.

Rancid, depleted spices should be replaced. Spices are digestive herbs that helps us digest, assimilate and eliminate foods properly which, according to Ayurveda, is fundamental to good health.

"Give yourself the best herbal plant medicine you can by using herbs less than six months old." - Veena, Saumya Ayurveda

I tried many things, read lots of books, advice, etc. Nothing worked, or very slight positive change over the years, but I was still struggling with the everyday. Then a couple months with Veena, I was stunned at how Ayurveda and her customized approach worked! Not only did the fatigue go away, but I actually have renewed energy and feel so physically and mentally energetic! I am so grateful. I feel like I got living my life back."

Many of the practices suggested were new to me, but Veena has a way of encouraging people so that it doesn't feel overwhelming or impossible. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking to address any imbalance in their life, big or little.”
