1. Two Yoga Practices to Transform Your Life

1. Read Learn Diaphragmatic Breathing and Change Your Life. Practice morning and evening while following the 11 minute guided practice. During the day, have an awareness of your breathing and if you notice you are not breathing diaphragmatically, simply start again. Diaphragmatic breathe is how you were born breathing. As you move through life, often early on, this deep natural breathing that keeps us calm and focused, is startled and stressed out of us. Now it is time to return to your born breathing pattern.

  1. Lay in crocodile pose and now follow part 2 of the guided practices. For a deeper, extended practice, follow one of the practices in part 2 and then go directly to part 3.


2. Create a Distraction-Free Zone


To elevate your focus, it is crucial to establish a space free from distractions. Silence notifications, close unnecessary browser tabs, and ensure your environment fosters concentration. Allow fresh air movement whenever possible.


3. Stay Hydrated
