Twelve months of support allow you to experience the full arc of change — including an entire cycle of seasonal transitions — and to refine your plan as your body and mind continue to shift. YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES: — Comprehensive intake session (60 min): explore your complete health story and receive a traditional Ayurvedic assessment — Foundational Ayurveda plan session (60 min): detailed Report of Findings plus your personalized plan — nutrition, herbs, daily practices, and lifestyle tools tailored to you — 10 monthly follow-up sessions (30 min each): ongoing refinement, support, and education as your healing deepens. Across a full year, four of these follow-ups will naturally coincide with seasonal transitions, keeping your plan aligned with nature’s rhythms. — Ongoing email support: direct access to Veena between sessions for guidance and reassurance WHAT TO EXPECT: The Year of Ayurveda is for clients who want to fully immerse in this ancient system — learning deeply, seeing how their plan evolves through all four seasons, and continuing to uncover new layers of balance and vitality. Cancellation Policy
Saumya Ayurveda requires 48 hours’ notice for canceled or rescheduled services. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to $175. Our policy helps keep everyone accountable — but we understand life happens. If you have a family emergency, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Please manage all scheduling changes directly through the website — not by email. 1. Become a Site Member (if you haven’t already). 2.
