Finding Stillness in a Noisy World: Your Free Guide to Ayurvedic Meditation, Mindful Breathing & Self-Awareness

What if stillness isn't something you have to create? What if it's something you can learn to recognize within yourself?

In Finding Stillness in a Noisy World, Veena shares a gentle, practical approach to meditation rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

There are no complicated techniques, no pressure to clear your mind. Just four simple steps to help you reconnect with your breath, become more aware of your thoughts, and cultivate inner stillness.

What You'll Discover

  • Why meditation matters: Understand how meditation supports self-awareness, presence, and a more balanced response to life's challenges.

  • Four simple steps to begin meditating: Learn how to sit comfortably, breathe naturally, observe your thoughts without judgment, and return your attention to the breath.

  • The power of diaphragmatic breathing: Discover how your breath can become an anchor for greater calm and awareness.

  • How to start with just two minutes: Build a sustainable meditation practice without adding another overwhelming task to your day.

  • Meditation through the lens of Ayurveda: Explore the connection between meditation, self-observation, and whole-person well-being.

You'll also find a handy daily meditation reference and links to free guided practices to support you as you begin.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize when stress and overstimulation are interfering with rest

  • Use diaphragmatic breathing to support relaxation

  • Incorporate simple guided relaxation practices into your day

  • Create daily rhythms that prepare the body and mind for sleep

  • Observe your own patterns and recognize early signs of imbalance

  • Approach restless nights with curiosity instead of frustration

You’ll also find guided practices and reflection prompts to help you begin putting these principles into practice right away.

Explore Ayurveda for better sleep and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to slow down, let go, and rest.
