Coconut Lime Cherry Cocktail to Cool Pitta Ingredients:

  • 1 or so cups coconut water (If you're not up for drilling a hole in a fresh coconut, I suggest Costco's' coconut water.)

  • 1/4 - 1/2cup Tart Cherry juice (I suggest Trader's Joe's tart cherry juice as it is actually tart!)

  • 1 whole lime, freshly squeezed. (If you love lime like I do, add more lime.)

  • Fresh mint, about 1 teaspoon or to taste (optional but it is delicious fresh out of the garden.)

  • You are the Ayurveda mixologist so play around and adjust the coconut lime (tart) cherry cocktail so it pleases your tastebuds.

Instructions:

  • Stir together.

  • Drink at room temperature (Not chilled, not ice.)
