This comprehensive Ayurveda Consultation package will provide you with the support, knowledge, and guidance you've been seeking to create positive, life-long changes in your life. Comprehensive Intake: This includes in-depth review of your intake form, a meaningful chat, and traditional multi-point assessment of tongue, skin, nails, etc. - 60 minutes 2. Two Parts Our Second Consultation: A. We’ll walk through your Ayurvedic Report of Findings which tells the story from conception to today. Clients love this as light bulbs go off and healing begins as understandings begin to flow in. B. We'll walk through your custom Ayurveda plan. You’ll learn about how to use Food as Medicine, and receive a Food Program specifically suited to you- 60 minutes PART TWO 3. Herbal Protocol - Herbs are targeted plant nutrition to support, restore, and optimize you. Get top shelf herbs, oils, and medicated ghees delivered to your door- 30 min. 4. Follow-up Consultation - Scheduled 4 to 6 weeks out from when you finish part two of this program and are well into the swing of Ayurvedic living. During this consultation, we will assess your progress, make tweaks to your plan (if needed), and discuss the next steps - 30 minutes. 5. One hour email support from your second appointment, concludes on the day of your 30 minute follow-up consultation. Email your completed intake form and photos 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment so I can review on my time and not during your consultation time. Thank you.

Can't Make Your Appointment? Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: Saumya Ayurveda requires 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled services. Last-minute no-shows, cancellations will be charged up to $175. Our cancellation policy helps keep us all accountable – but life happens!
