This comprehensive Ayurveda Consultation package will provide you with the support, knowledge, and guidance you've been seeking to create positive, life-long changes in your life. Here's what it includes: - Veena's AyurChat 101 - Saumya Ayurveda Sleep Guide EBook - Food as Medicine eBook - Dantra Shastra, Ayurveda Care for Your Mouth eBook - Science of Self Care eBook - Custom Food Program - Written Report of Findings and Foundation Plan - Guided Meditation Practices (available 24/7 on the website) PART ONE 1. Comprehensive Intake: This includes in-depth review of your intake form, a meaningful chat, and traditional multi-point assessment of tongue, skin, nails, etc. - 60 minutes 2. Two Parts Our Second Consultation: 1. We’ll walk through your Ayurvedic Report of Findings which tells the story from conception to today. Clients love this as light bulbs go off and healing begins as understandings begin to flow in. 2. We'll walk through your custom Ayurveda plan. You’ll learn about how to use Food as Medicine, and receive a Food Program specifically suited to you- 60 minutes PART TWO 3. Herbal Protocol - Herbs are targeted plant nutrition to support, restore, and optimize you. Get top shelf herbs, oils, and medicated ghees delivered to your door- 30 minutes. PART THREE 4. Monthly Follow Up Consultations - Now, we're into your follow ups. We'll assess progress, tweak your Saumya plan for the seasonal, and other doshic changes, add tools, and discuss the next steps. Monthly Follow Up Consultations are designed to provide you with maximum support--to occur monthly. (Follow Ups expire 10 months from your intake.) 30 minute consultations. 5. What else? On-going Email support on anything we covered in your intake. Concludes on the day of your last follow-up consultation. Don't be sad, keep going with our Follow Up Packages and Cleanses. Email your completed intake form and photos 48 hours prior to your appointment, so I can review it on my time and not during your consultation time. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

Can't Make Your Appointment? Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: Saumya Ayurveda requires 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled services. Last-minute no-shows, cancellations will be charged up to $175. Our cancellation policy helps keep us all accountable – but life happens! Please let us know if you have a family emergency, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. You cancel or reschedule your appointment, available 24/7.
